“CCA Gives Back” Campaign
Many CCA members give back to their communities – supporting local charities, volunteering time, helping schools, working with kids – and we want to share the good work our members are doing. Much of your philanthropic work may be unknown outside your local communities, and CCA wants to share your community outreach projects not only with others in the industry but with policymakers in Washington, DC. Competitive carriers across the country are making a difference in their communities, and CCA wants to recognize your good deeds.
By recommendation of the Member Service Committee, CCA is starting the “CCA Gives Back” Campaign. CCA would like to recognize a specific community project that your company spearheads. If your company leads more than one project, please let us know! Not only will we recognize these outstanding efforts, but we will also compile them into a story of giving back that spans the entire country. We will let policymakers at the state and federal levels know about the integral role each and every CCA member – Carrier, Associate and Affiliate – plays in the fabric of their communities.
CCA will gather information and photos from our members and feature these images and descriptions on the CCA website. Additionally, CCA will share your philanthropic work with policymakers on Capitol Hill and at the FCC to further highlight the important role that competitive carriers play in local communities.
To share your community service project with us please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. You may enter the work of an individual or your company as a whole. Please send us photos of your volunteer work too! Please also keep in mind that CCA awards an individual or member company each year with the Outstanding Service Award and submissions into the CCA Gives Back Campaign may be considered for this award.
Many CCA members are making a real impact in their areas. It is important work that brings communities together. CCA is delighted to get started on this new initiative and to share it with policymakers!
